2022 - nowStarted in April of 2022 as a personnel dispatcher for the Dutch Railways, our team makes sure all trains remain staffed during the day, regardless of cancellations or accidents in one of the busiest railway networks in the world.
The job goes from the extreme quiet when everything runs fine, to a very heavy workload when dealing with multiple accidents at the same time. It requires you to remain in control and not get stressed, regardless of what is happening.

Since 2018 I've been active as a volunteer for The Netherlands Red
Cross in various positions to support their humanitarian mission.
Currently, I'm active as a logistics coordinator for the Vierdaagse.
April 2020 - April 2021
When COVID hit, all of a sudden the ambulance service was overwhelmed with requests, so the Red Cross stepped in. I started a project in my district to provide COVID transport to local healthcare facilities, entirely run by volunteers.

As a district coordinator, I was tasked with unifying the event help between our local Red Cross departments, encourage collaboration between them and increase the quality of our care to people in need.
